I wish I could choose 0 stars! Tried sitting in the bar, I say tried sitting because every table, booth absolutely filthy. We bared it & opened our menus that were riddled with breakfast broken chip crumbs. My gf & I left literally walking across a floor covered in food! The only explanation was that 100 children from a little league game had just been sitting in the bar area & the staff hadn't had time to clean up..however, the staff was standing around either staring into space or bullshitting with each other, so long that nobody ever greeted us. If the state of the front of the house was any indication on this restaurants sanitation/ side work / overall restaurant policies, then I'm repulsed by what's coming out of the back of the house. We left, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Lovely service here...didn't expect it after reading some of the reviews on here, but I was pleasantly surprised. If you can get Selena as your waitress, do! She is wonderful. Food was fast and fresh! The menu had plenty of options. I recommend this place.

I have to agree with the others complaining about service. We arrived at 6:30pm and left at 9pm! Why? The service was slow, and it was a Wednesday night. A Wednesday Night.. A WEEK DAY. The waitress felt incompetent: messed up our drink orders, took 15 minutes at a time for the her to attend our table, and the bill didn't come out for another 10 minutes and I asked for it twice! I will say we get take out from them all the time because the food is actually delicious, but I refuse to sit through their god awful service again.

We came here for my sisters graduation dinner. It was a party of 7. Despite there hardly being anyone in the restaurant, they botched nearly all of our orders, my mothers chicken came undercooked, my salad was soggy & gross, they completely forgot to bring NY sons chocolate milk, they were slow to bring refills if they remembered at all, my sisters Cajun pasta had so much Cajun seasoning that it literally was crunchy...the entire restaurant smelled like urine, the bathroom was filthy, and when I went to ask for change for a 100 bill I noticed the kitchen was also Filthy!! I was visiting from Boca but the rest of our party were local patrons who don't intend on returning. Beware.

Will not be back. A friend and I sat at the bar at about 7:30 p.m. when they were clearly not busy. The bar was not full. It took a couple min for the bartender to say hello and ask if we were eating. Handed us a menu and took off. Came back a few min later asked about drinks, we ordered a Margarita and beer. He goes to help someone else then asks us what we wanted to drink again. Long review short, the customer service was terrible. Very slow and we were not the only ones talking about it. I can not imagine if they were busy what would happen. Took forever for our food. I'll say the chicken was good and the drinks were cold. That's about it. Spent a good amount for 2 people and all we got was that and good conversation between ourselves.

Oh good lord they have removed everything from the walls it feels so impersonal and the service was horrible ( he only had 3 tables and he couldn't be bothered with us) it took 50 minutes to receive our food and it was cold and over cooked. This place has lost all respect I had and advise you go across the road to Texas Roadhouse

The worst food ever .I had ribs they were boiled and sauce added after ,they didn't ever grill it. Don't get the potato wedges they are horrible they look like dog turds .I was very nice a told the manger that my food was not very good he laughed it off ,said oh we have a new cook. I didn't ask for a free meal I just wanted something different , they wouldn't do anything .The server was absent when he finally showed he thought it was hilarious that any one would eat the potato wedges. If this is the new Chili's I will never be back. I told the manager on the way out I would write to corporate , guess what corporate don' t care . Will not return

We just wanted a good night with quick food at Chili's, but we got NONE of that tonight. We walk into the building and try to put in our name for a table for 4. The first thing the host says to us: "You do realize it's gonna be a 30 minute wait, right?" No greeting, no 'can I help you', just rudeness. We never even got to say our name and party number! Waiting for our table, there's a bunch of people being seated; parties of two and three only. We see a bunch of tables in the corner of the restaurant unoccupied, yet our party of 4 wasn't being seated at all! After about ten minutes, we're finally placed at the back corner of the place with a table that's cold, gross, and the table's light was out! Meanwhile, we had waitress after waitress coming up to us promising to move us. A load of empty promises, if you ask me. No drink offers, no movement, not even someone to replace the light bulb! Meanwhile, there are empty tables all around us that could've easily been our table. And this goes on for A HALF HOUR before a manager finally came to seat us somewhere different. But we had already lost our patience. We complained about this horrible service but she told us to leave the building, on the guise of "being too rowdy" instead of wanting to serve us instead. Headed back to the main entrance, we see even more people waiting to be seated! Does this place even DO a service around here? Or are they all jerks wanting all of their customers to shove off?! Never going back to that place, we don't deserve the "grade-A" BS service that we saw tonight, nor does anyone else. I can't even tell you how the food is, because we never even got a drink. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Called a different location earlier in the day to ask about specials. We were told about the drink and appetizer specials in the bar area. I asked what time the specials ended and I was told all day everyday. Arrived at this location a little after 7 pm and was told appetizer specials ended at 7pm. Whatever, we still were optimistic for a decent dinner. Greeted by one server who said he was not our server but was helping him. Took our drink order but it didn't matter because the bartender was talking to 3 guests at the bar when she decided to check her server drinks. Pulled about 10-12 tickets. ( I've worked in the industry for over 20 years. I get it). At this point I knew they were all behind. There were 2 servers in the bar with no one helping and they had lots of tables and many people to serve. Finally asked for a manager when good arrived lacking. He visited us and we made it clear we were not upset with the two boys trying to take care of all these tables. All of this could have been avoided if the bartender would pay attention and perhaps help the servers by taking a couple tables and if the manager was aware of what was going on. He could've been helping the server. Manager apologized and that was it. I did not complain to get something free but it is shocking that nothing was offered considering the circumstances. Hoping this feedback helps the staff get more support.

I arrived for dinner at 6:38pm about a few minutes later we were greeted and offered drinks. Sever came back and took our order at 6:55 you could tell he was little busy. We ordered boneless wings appetizer, shrimp tacos, kid fingers, and appetizer trio. Our food didn't arrive till 7:48 pm. Food was so gross, cold and you can tell it's been sitting back in the window this whole time dying. The fact the server would even drop it off beats me. My son's boneless wings were sent back due to being extremely hard, dried out and just all around nasty. It's one thing to wait as long as we did for our food, but for it to come and be extremely bad is another. Kids were hungry and very disappointed. Manager came over after being asked for and halfed our bill and bought the kids dessert (sweets at this hour) Now here it is 8:25 and were cashing out to leave the restaurant. I appreciate the manger trying to take care of the situation, but no parent plans to be in a restaurant that length of time especially on a school night. Just a bad night for Chili's, sorry

Food was decent, but service was kinda blah. We had dinner there with some friends, and used a coupon for a free app with entree purchase. For some reason, because we used a coupon, the bill couldn't be split (?!) which resulted in some quick math and digging in purses/pockets for cash (who carries cash now?) Anyhow, the food was decent, not great. I ordered a jalapeno smokehouse burger, and was underwhelmed; not particularly smokey, not particularly spicy. The burger itself seemed like it was made from a precooked patty that was heated up, rather than cooked fresh. I've had worse, but I've had far better, even for the price point. It's a step above fast food, but that's about it.

I went here last week to meet a friend for lunch. I had recently been to the Chili Franchise in Orlando and had a great experience that I wanted to go to a local facility. Before I placed my order as the waitress greeted us I immediately let her know that our checks were separate. I ordered the Sampler Trio Appetizer to share with my guest (Chicken tossed in BBQ sauce, Slider and Artichoke spinach dip with chips) and I also got a meal. And my Friend ordered a meal as well. Let me emphasize that I was just at a chain in Orlando and had the Trio Sampler but to much my surprise the BBQ sauce on the chicken here in Fort Myers was so hot that we both were unable to enjoy them, mind you now I just had same in Orlando and it wasn't quite as hot. I had to flag down a bus boy to complain that we were not able to enjoy the chicken as the sauce was so hot.. He explains can you please put the chicken all on a separate plate so I can show my manager that you are not enjoying these and we will get you more dry. (I am at this point disturbed that I had to shove my food on a plate to PROVE I wasn't enjoying them???) A few minutes later we get the new chicken tenders dry of course and the waitress finally at this point shows up at the table to tell me that this is the only BBQ sauce we have and its hot. She pretty much made feel like a small child for complaining about the sauce. She was talking and saying yeah you should've ordered them without the sauce ect...At no point did a manger come to the table nor did I ask for one due to the fact that I got insulted by the waitress over my complaint I didn't want to be even more uncomfortable shouting for a manager. It doesn't end there. After the meal there is an ipad on the table that you can check out with a credit card. We tell the waitress that I am using my card and my friend has cash and will need change. So I grab the Ipad and proceed to check out but notice that the order is all on one check and I try to split the check but you can only divide in equal amounts. Mind you I up front told the waitress that it was separate checks. After about 4 min or so of being frustrated the waitress finally shows up and I explain I cannot pay as the checks aren't separated right and she gets nasty and says Oh well I can separate the order out so she got to the computer to separate and tells me it will take a few seconds to cross over. I wait and then log in and sure enough its separated properly so I can pay for my check. UMMMM what was the POINT of telling her to separate the check if she isn't GOING to???? Disappointed to say the LEAST

Are you supposed to feel like you are being stabbed in the stomach after you eat? If it weren't for some good company I would have been really disappointed with the night. I think the southwest Mac and cheese was what made me sick. Gross. I don't always hate Chili's but when I do, I hate this one.

Was surprised it was as good as it was. We both had the combo lunch plates, wife had a SW BLT she loved, the loaded baked potato soup she also loved. My California Club was great turkey, ham & avocado with very good frys. Both with drinks under $20. We sat in the bar @ 130 and it was not busy but service was slow, to start and slow for food to be delivered.

Clean restaurant. Seated promptly. Warm salads as if they sat under a heat lamp. You know, not crisp as expected. Not just me, but my party of four. No one at my table thought their food tasted as expected. No one ate their entire order. No one asked to take the leftovers home. Poor waitress (Alexis). Had to ask twice for refills to get one. On the third try, asked if WE should get the refill ourselves. Waitress did not take dirty dishes away (ever).

I placed an order online and went to pick up our food. Lucky for me I printed out our order because when I got there they had no idea where the order went and it wasn't ready at the time promised. I sat there waiting at least 20 minutes with no apologies, nothing to drink while I waited for our order to be finished. When my order was finally finished it was just given to me...no thank you, no nothing. The food was really good but the service was really lousy.
